To assist the business in designing and implementing new systems under the direction of the Senior Platform Lead.To place the interests of customers at the centre of all activities, act in a way that is consistent with achieving good outcomes for consumers and to comply with the FCA and PRA's Conduct Rules.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Ensure all incidents and requests are processed within SLA and in line with customer expectations.Ensure problems are identified and managed in line with the ITIL framework.Identify and document technology risks and provide solutions to reduce, mitigate or transfer the risk.
