Job Description
Jersey / hybrid - Roles open to candidates in the UK & Ireland Up to 3 days on island per week 1 opening Help new and changed Digital Health solutions enter live service safely, while providing specialist application support. You will bridge delivery and operations, ensuring support teams, users, processes and documentation are ready. What you will do Support operational readiness and service acceptance assessments. Develop practical support models, handover packs and associated documentation. Plan and coordinate transition activities, dependencies, risks and acceptance actions. Provide specialist second/third-line application support and problem resolution. Create and maintain support procedures, runbooks and knowledge articles. What you will bring Experience in service transition, service acceptance or operational readiness within an ITIL-aligned environment. Strong application support and troubleshooting experience in business-critical services. Ability to define support models, escalation paths, monitoring needs and handover criteria. Experience coordinating releases or service transitions across business, delivery and support teams. Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Contract details Four-month contract, potential to be extended Daily rate: £450 per day. Hybrid assignment requiring flexibility to travel to and from Jersey for up to three days per week; the on-site pattern may fluctuate. TPBN1_UKTJ
