We're recruiting for a growing facilities management business that's winning major contracts across the UK and investing heavily in its people. Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we're looking for two Contract Coordinators to join a busy, supportive team on site in Manchester. This is not a role for someone who wants to watch the clock. It's for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the operation, keeping engineers moving, solving problems, managing priorities and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be working in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same. One minute you'll be coordinating engineers and arranging materials, the next you'll be updating clients, raising purchase orders, handling urgent requests or helping the team overcome unexpected challenges. The Role You'll be responsible for: Coordinating engineers and managing schedules across multiple contracts Planning reactive and planned maintenance works Liaising with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and engineers Raising purchase orders and managing job documentation Updating systems, spreadsheets and client portals Monitoring KPIs and service levels Chasing paperwork and ensuring compliance records are maintained Handling incoming calls and emails professionally Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day contract administrationWhat We're Looking For We're looking for people who: Love being organised and take pride in getting the details right Can confidently manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once Stay calm when things get busy Are comfortable speaking with engineers, suppliers and clients Have strong IT skills and can confidently work across multiple systems Aren't afraid to pick up the phone and get things sorted Have a positive attitude and are willing to roll their sleeves up when needed Want to build a long-term career, not just find their next jobExperience within facilities management, maintenance, construction, scheduling, planning or contract coordination would be highly beneficial, but attitude, organisation and work ethic are just as important.
