Job Description

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, an international management consulting firm with an active backlog of commercial contracts work supporting its client-facing legal team.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone with genuine commercial contracts experience who is comfortable picking up varied, fast-moving work across multiple client projects.

The Role

  • Reviewing simple licence agreements on client standard terms, straightforward statements of work, NDAs, and task orders and amendments under already-negotiated MFAs
  • Supporting the contract lifecycle end to end – tracking status, reporting, driving contracts through to signature, and keeping records in order
  • Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, from consultants to partners, as part of contract reviews and day-to-day contract management

What We're Looking For

  • Background as a commercial contracts manager, experienced paralegal or junior commercial lawyer, in a commercial legal environment
  • Comfortable with a typical contract lifecycle, from drafting through to signature and record-keeping
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from consultants to partners

Details

  • Start: September 2026
  • Duration: 5 months, with scope to extend
  • Location: Fully remote
