Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and key stakeholders, you'll lead change initiatives, facilitate improvement workshops, drive business transformation projects, and support the successful adoption of new processes and ways of working. You'll be comfortable leading programmes of change, facilitating workshops, challenging the status quo, and using Lean methodologies to remove waste and improve operational performance. You will be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels and translating business needs into practical, sustainable improvements.
