Operating within a lean team structure, you will take ownership of the full learning design lifecycle, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will collaborate with learning architects and stakeholders to translate learning architecture into engaging learning experiences, applying instructional design methodologies and creative learning techniques to develop pedagogically sound content for digital and face-to-face learning solutions.Using tools such as Articulate Rise, Elucidat, Evolve and Storyline, you will create inclusive and accessible learning experiences while independently managing multiple projects and priorities. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, proactively identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders and driving learning solutions forward with minimal supervision.
