HOSPITALITY MANAGERS REQUIRED – MARKET RASEN Market Rasen Racecourse, Lincolnshire £19.19 per hour Remaining 2026 season & 2027 season FOH Manager & BOH Manager We are looking for experienced Hospitality Managers to join our team at Market Rasen Racecourse for the remainder of the 2026 season and throughout the 2027 season. We are ideally looking for candidates local to Lincoln / Market Rasen who can commit to the dates listed below. THE OPERATION The Rasen Restaurant caters for approximately 230 covers and offers a high-end, six-course plated dining experience . This is a premium hospitality operation, so previous experience managing a similar high-end hospitality environment is essential . Candidates must have previous management experience within a comparable setting, such as stadiums, racecourses, premium events or high-end hospitality venues . FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER – £19.19 PER HOUR The FOH Manager will take responsibility for the overall front-of-house operation , ensuring the restaurant delivers an exceptional guest experience from opening through to close. Key responsibilities: Lead, manage and motivate the FOH team throughout the event. Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the restaurant. Oversee the delivery of the six-course plated service. Maintain exceptional standards of service, presentation and guest experience. Brief the team before service and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. Manage guest requirements, queries and any issues professionally. Liaise closely with the BOH Manager and kitchen team to ensure service runs smoothly. Monitor staffing levels, service standards and team performance. Ensure health & safety, food safety and venue procedures are followed. Act as the main point of contact for FOH operations on the day. FOH Manager – Required Experience & Skills Proven hospitality management experience – ESSENTIAL Previous experience in a stadium, racecourse or similar large-scale hospitality environment . Experience managing high-end plated dining is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent understanding of service standards and guest experience. Ability to manage a team in a busy, high-pressure environment. Strong organisation and problem-solving skills. Professional, confident and hands-on approach. BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER – £19.19 PER HOUR The BOH Manager will take responsibility for the overall back-of-house operation , working closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure food service is delivered efficiently and to the required standard. Key responsibilities: Oversee the smooth running of all BOH operations. Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and FOH Manager throughout service. Ensure food preparation and service are organised and delivered on time. Support the delivery of the six-course plated menu to approximately 230 covers. Manage BOH staff and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities. Monitor food service, stock levels and kitchen requirements. Ensure high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety are maintained. Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Ensure the BOH team is fully prepared before service begins. Maintain the high standards expected within a premium hospitality environment. BOH Manager – Required Experience & Skills Proven hospitality management experience – ESSENTIAL Previous experience in a stadium, racecourse or similar hospitality environment . Strong understanding of high-volume, high-end food service operations. Experience working alongside professional kitchen teams. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and operational standards. Confident managing and motivating a team. Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
