You will oversee resource scheduling, maintain and report project status, ensure that project test deliverables are completed to agreed timelines and quality standards, and manage issues escalated by team members.You will implement and ensure compliance with formal software testing methodologies and best practices and will identify, recommend, and implement Testing Department tool and process improvements. They should have extensive experience in as change management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADOS) or TFS, and have a solid background working on web-based, interactive voice response, and client-server projects.
