This is a role for techies, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.Creating .NET applications for all areas of the business, notably Front Office and Risk.Liaising with Traders, Quants and DB developers making improvements to existing applications.Create technical design recommendations for developing and integrating programs perwritten and verbal specifications.Dealing with ad-hoc requests and fixing bugs encountered by users.You will be developing systems which will be used by Risk, Mid-Office and Trading departments in a fast moving trading environment. The systems you build will require your skills in multithreading, concurrency, performance profiling and optimization. We are looking for potential not experience.You will be responsible for the full development lifecycle, where you will get a lot of freedom to decide on code base, technology and architecture.
