Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TechnicalLeadwithover10+years of expertisein React,Nodejsand AWS to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture principles, hands-on experience with modern technologies, and the ability to lead and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design:
• Design and develop high-quality software architecture and technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure the architecture is scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of architectural solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other architects to ensure successful project delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience insoftwaredevelopment, with at least 3 years in technical leadership rolein product development or services environment.
• Strong expertise inNodejs,Express.js, and related frameworks.
• Good experience inReactor similarfront-endtechnologies.
• Good experience and certification in AWScloud platform.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
• Goodexperienceindatabase technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good experiencewith DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.
