It partners with central government departments, agencies, and private-sector clients to create people-centred, secure, end-to-end business and technical solutions, with a strong focus on public-sector digital services.

Задачи:

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality backend services using TypeScript;
• Design and implement solutions using serverless architecture and cloud-native development principles;
• Develop and maintain applications and services using AWS, including AWS Lambda;
• Build secure, scalable and reliable APIs and backend services;
• Translate user and business requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions;
• Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code following modern software engineering practices;
• Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers, designers, product managers, QA professionals and other technical specialists within an agile multidisciplinary team;
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews and architectural decision‑making;
• Develop automated tests and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery processes;
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, defects, performance problems and production incidents;
• Consider security, accessibility, privacy, resilience, scalability and performance throughout the development lifecycle;
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team;
• Help establish and maintain development standards, patterns and best practices;
• Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative engineering culture and support colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing where appropriate.

Требования:

• Strong commercial experience developing backend services and APIs;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript;
• Experience designing and developing solutions using serverless architecture;
• Strong practical experience with AWS cloud services;
• Strong experience developing and deploying applications using AWS Lambda;
• Understanding of event‑driven and cloud‑native application architectures;
• Experience designing secure, scalable and resilient backend services;
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrations with external or internal services;
• Experience with automated unit and integration testing;
• Experience using Git and modern software development workflows;
• Understanding of clean code, modularity, maintainability, version control and appropriate design patterns;
• Experience diagnosing and resolving application defects, performance issues and production problems;
• Good understanding of AWS Lambda, serverless application development, AWS services, event‑driven architectures, asynchronous processing, API‑based integrations, application configuration, environments, deployments, cloud security, access control, monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, reliability, scalability and cost efficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience with API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM, Infrastructure as Code, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform, Node.js, RESTful or GraphQL APIs, relational or NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, Docker, messaging systems, cloud security best practices, observability, performance optimisation, large‑scale or public‑facing digital services, highly regulated or security‑conscious environments.
