We do this through close relationships with our offices (or 'Clubs') so that our partners are always prioritised by a regional team close to them.This unique model has driven success for our clients and ourselves, evidenced by our remarkable organic growth since 2014.Join us - and help us fulfil our mission to close the world's digital skills gap.The Product Developer plays a pivotal role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help the team grow in their roles.Key responsibilities include:Complete development and support handover of the overtime application, including user demos.Support release and user engagement for recently completed applications.Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.Develop, enhance, and support internal applications.Provide run-mode support, including bug fixes and security patches.Mentor and support junior engineers, particularly those new to Agile and React.Plan, scope, estimate, and schedule application development work.Coordinate releases with DevOps teams.Deliver stakeholder and user demos with technical input.Provide bi-weekly reporting and work closely with the team lead.What you'll bring to the table:Senior-level software engineering experience with strong hands-on capabilityExperience mentoring and supporting junior developersStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript developmentExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsCloud development experience, particularly with AzureFrontend experience with React and TypeScriptBackend experience with Node.js and Azure FunctionsExperience with GraphQL and/or REST APIsFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)Working knowledge of SQL databases (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL)Experience with authentication via Microsoft EntraComfort with DevOps tooling and scripting (Bash, ZSH, PowerShell)AI tooling familiarity is beneficial (e.g. GitHub Copilot)Why join AND Digital?We have three values: wonder, share, and delight.
