Polyglot Proficiency: Strong commercial experience with Ruby (preferably Ruby on Rails) for web application development. Database Expertise: Deep knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB), including query optimization and schema design. Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Mindset: You are a problem-solver who embraces ambiguity.
