The Successful Machine Operator Will Have:

*Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.

*Experience working in engineering, heavy industry, food manufacturing, FMCG, recycling, plastics, packaging, automotive, steel, timber or similar industries.

*Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).

*Commutable to the Lincoln area.

The Role of the Machine Operator Will Include:

* Operating forge and precision manufacturing machinery.

* Producing high-quality components for leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers.

* Carrying out quality checks and following production processes.

* Monday to Friday - 8-hour rotating shifts.

* Site-based role in the Lincoln area.
