Senior Residential Conveyancer

Annual Salary: Up to £55,000

Join our client who is a fast-growing, tech-forward conveyancing practice that is redefining the industry. They are seeking a Senior Residential Conveyancer who is passionate about client experience and eager to be part of a transformative journey in legal services. If you are looking for a role where your contributions are not only valued but pivotal in shaping the future of conveyancing, this is your opportunity.

Day-to-day of the role:

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers from instruction through to completion.
Work within a supportive team environment where compliance is taken seriously.
Engage with clients, providing them with legal support and a human touch during their transactions.
Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions, with additional support available from our main tech personnel in London.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
Proficiency in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Strong understanding of compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
Excellent client communication skills, capable of empathizing and assisting clients through challenging periods.
Curiosity about technology and openness to innovative approaches in legal practices.
CILEx, CLC licence, or law degree preferred, though extensive relevant experience can substitute formal qualifications.
