We are The Hire Place UK, part of the Places for People Group; we are looking for aHireControllerto join our team.

This role is a varied andinterestingrole which requiresinvolvementin the completehireprocess and is anopportunityto be involved in a widevarietyof the functions within thehirebusiness.

The primary function of this role will be dealingwithcustomers, and arranginghireand sales of goods and equipment, completing theappropriatepaperwork, planning driver routes, dealingwithinvoice queries, placing orderswithsuppliers and related tasks, alongwithmany other duties that may be required from time to time.
This role is based on site 5 days a week (Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm).

More about you

Ideally applicants should have experience of:

• Managing on/ off hires,
• Providing / raising quotations to customers,
• Procurement relating to hire and purchase of equipment,
• Building working relationships,
• MS Office including Outlook/Word/Excel, as well as basicmathematicalability.

Experience in thehire industry is an advantage but not essential.
