The successful candidate will be expected to: Work from Penman Way and/or within the business a minimum of four days per week. Build strong relationships with dealership teams and key stakeholders. Spend time in the business to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience. Act as the link between Marketing, Business Systems to ensure successful delivery of website improvements.  Success Measures  A high-performing website that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Successful delivery of website enhancements and new functionality. Increased website engagement, lead generation and conversion. Strong collaboration between Marketing, Business Systems and Engineering. Continuous optimisation driven by data, customer insight and business priorities. A culture of rapid, high-quality delivery that keeps the website evolving in line with business needs. Why Sytner? Sytner Group are delighted to provide an industry-leading benefits package.
