The college was graded Outstanding by Ofsted in January 2024 across all key areas, including Quality of Education, Leadership and Management, and Personal Development.This exciting leadership opportunity will involve overseeing a diverse and successful Visual Arts curriculum area, including:Art & DesignFilm & Content ProductionFashion DesignGraphic DesignPhotographyThe successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across the curriculum area, ensuring high-quality teaching, outstanding learner outcomes and a first-class student experience for learners aged 16–19.
