The opportunity

Supporting the aesthetic insurance products, you'll become a trusted adviser to professionals working within the thriving industry. You'll be responsible for providing quotations, securing new business, managing renewals and ensuring every client receives knowledgeable, compliant and personal service. Working within a specialist team, you'll help protect a wide range of aesthetic professionals by delivering tailored insurance solutions while building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.

What you will be doing?

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Preparing competitive quotations and converting new business opportunities.
• Managing renewals and identifying opportunities to strengthen client protection.
• Delivering outstanding customer service through every stage of the insurance journey.
• Supporting exhibitions, networking events and promotional activities when required.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Working in accordance with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.

About you

You will enjoy speaking with customers, identifying solutions and building lasting relationships. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working within the insurance industry.
• A customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• A desire to continue developing professionally, with an interest in achieving your Cert CII qualification.
