We're looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across complex, high-impact defence programmes.

What you'll be doing

• Leading engineering teams of 10+ engineers


• Driving Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle


• Managing engineering scope, risk, resources and delivery


• Working closely with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders


• Supporting and developing the next generation of engineering talent


• Driving engineering excellence and continuous improvement

We're looking for

• Strong Systems Engineering experience


• Proven engineering leadership experience


• Background in complex, regulated or safety-critical systems


• Defence industry experience


• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills


• A passion for developing people and delivering technical excellence
