We offer the opportunity to contribute to local and national buildings projects, plus the ability to expand your design skills across other market sectors.Our recent projects span across a range of different sectors including but not limited to Defence, transportation, commercial and high-rise developments.What you’ll do:Work on iconic projects.Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects.Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards – and in alignment with schedules and budgets.Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients.Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team.Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.At WSP you’ll find the scale and reach you need to do the kind of work the world needs – and the culture and people that make it the best work of your life.About YouBachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering)5-8 years industry experience on building projects within Australia, in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors.Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance is essential – only eligible to Australian Citizens(Permanent Resident, NZ Citizens & Visa holders are not eligible).Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;Track record of effective cross-discipline project deliveryNaturally Curious, Passionate, Adaptable & ready to do the kind of work the world needsImagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
