Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool, Merseyside, L3
Contract: 5 Month Contract
Salary: £200 per day
Site Supervisor Required - Liverpool
Time Recruitment Solutions are currently supporting a long-standing client who, due to continued growth and expansion, are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee works on a prestigious project based at Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock, Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive Site Supervisor to join a well-established contractor and play a key role in delivering a high-profile project safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day supervision of site activities and subcontractors.
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme schedules and project specifications.
- Monitoring health and safety compliance across site and ensuring site standards are maintained at all times.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
- Coordinating labour, materials, and plant requirements.
- Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitoring quality control and ensuring works meet required standards.
- Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Supporting project delivery to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Requirements- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site procedures.
- Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Essential Qualifications- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate.
- CSCS Card.
- First Aid at Work qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
