Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Quality Control

Oversee beverage preparation during assigned shifts.
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to brand recipes and standards.
Monitor drink quality, presentation, and preparation efficiency.
Maintain consistency in beverage preparation and service standards.

Shift Operations Management

Coordinate staff duties and workflow during shifts.
Allocate team members to stations to maintain service efficiency during busy periods.
Support training and on-the-job coaching for new team members.
Report operational updates or issues to the Store Manager.

Food Safety & Hygiene

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized beverage preparation area.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.

Stock & Ingredient Management

Assist in managing beverage ingredient inventory such as tea, milk, and toppings.
Monitor ingredient usage and reduce waste.
Ensure adequate preparation before service periods.

Requirements
