Are you a multi skilled Maintenance Technician who enjoys getting to the bottom of faults and keeping production moving? Our client is looking for a Shift Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing operation, supporting the smooth running of a busy production environment on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. This is a hands on role where you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of manufacturing equipment, responding to breakdowns, carrying out planned maintenance. Key Responsibilities: * Service equipment according to planned maintenance schedules * Respond to breakdowns as first line support * Diagnose and repair faults on extrusion lines and moulding machines * Maintain ancillary equipment, automated cells and butt fusion equipment * Implement approved modification projects to capital equipment * Perform mechanical and electrical work safely and efficiently * Complete daily logs and data capture via CMMS system Who They’re Looking For: * Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification * 3 years' experience in a similar maintenance role * Proven fault-finding and * problem-solving abilities * Experience with PLC fault-finding (desirable) * Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (desirable) * Extrusion and injection moulding experience (desirable) * 18th Edition certification, desirable) Benefits: * Health Cashback Scheme * Employee Assistance Program * Cycle to Work Scheme * High Street Discounts portal * Salary Sacrifice Pension * Life Assurance * Health and Wellbeing programme * On-site parking * Subsidised canteen * Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay Ready for a role where your maintenance skills can make a real difference to production?
