Exciting fast growth tech company in Cambridge is focused on building cloud platform services for the AI and deeptech community.
With very experienced and successful entrepreneurs involved, and already significant investment and revenue, this company is definitely going places!
They are looking to hire an experienced DevSecOps/Cloud Security Engineer who can take on a lead/expert role on everything security related for their cloud platform, infrastructure and production environments, including resilience, security testing and implementing best practice.
Key skills/experience required:
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and securing platforms on AWS and other hyperscalers
Programming experience for IaC in Python, Go, Bash or similar
Deep understanding of:
IAM & identity federation
Networking (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, VPNs, private endpoints)
Compute (Kubernetes, VMs, serverless)
Storage & managed databases
Cloud cost optimization and resource governance
Able to troubleshoot problems in production and work with key customers
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in the following would also be useful -
Working with secure multi-tenancy environments
HPC administration experience
SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
This is a hybrid role (2/3 days per week in their central Cambridge office).
