Vocative Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the combined DevOps and software engineering effort in a hybrid Surrey role, with one day in the office per week.

You will build a unified DevOps function and guide the migration of the product to a modern cloud stack, retraining developers and operations staff as needed.

The long-term goal is to own the core product and DevOps team in the new environment while managing significant change across legacy to cloud transitions.
