The service is governed and controlled by our core team and delivered in collaboration with our service lines. Evergreen is a global service delivered from the UK, India, and Germany locations.What you’ll doAs a Delivery Manager you will own and manage a comprehensive service plan ensuring the successful delivery of service within a maximum 26-week period. The Delivery Manager will be expected to liaise with internal teams, customer representatives, 3rd party stakeholders and service management to ensure a full end to end service delivery. Customer facing activities – 30%Overall delivery of the Evergreen Service to customerStakeholder managementOn site customer visits – as requiredProduction of MI and dashboard reportsSLA and contractual deliveryUnderstands and engages customer ITIL processEnsures all users are identified, approved, and scheduled for release and communicate outcomes to all stakeholdersProvide weekly and contractual reporting, closure, lessons learntIdentifies Presales opportunities and service improvementOverall Deployment accountabilities - 60%Pre-requisites for release are understood and completed to ensure estate is readyProduction and ownership of project/deployment planChanges - Plan, schedule, and initiate changes via BMC Remedy ITSM/Service NowManages the release process, deploying updates via Verdant1st point of escalationRecommends and manages updates and configurations to process and Verdant toolingUnderstands reporting data sourcesProactively manage exceptions and challenges relating to Feature Release deploymentsProduction of Management Information where required (KPI’s / SLA’s)Collaboration with all Evergreen team membersNew Customer/Rotation – 10%Manages on-boarding process and identifies any gaps New customer adoption / acceptance into serviceWhat you’ll needPrevious Release or Project management relating to software or patch deployment is preferredMethodical thinker with proactive planning experienceAbility to work under pressure and adapt quicklySelf-motivated, able to work off own initiative or as part of a team when requiredDemonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completionAbility to take ownership of, and progress escalations through to resolutionCommitted to client satisfaction and ownership of issuesExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levelsDemonstratable presentation skills3+ years of Project management (or similar proven responsibility)Prince2 Foundation & Practitioner certification.ITIL Foundation certificationThe ideal candidate will have proven experience and skills in Project/Release Management with a technical background.
