You’ll originate, structure, and deliver real estate lending deals while developing long-term broker relationships.This is a front office, revenue-generating role where your performance directly drives outcomes. You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, supported by a collaborative internal team, in a business that values pace, commercial thinking, and deal execution.Package & Benefits
• Salary 75,000–85,000 per annum DOE.
• Commission circa 0.2% on completed deals.

You will be joining a specialist lender operating within the real estate finance space, focused on delivering fast, flexible funding solutions. • Originate new lending opportunities through broker and introducer relationships.
• Structure and progress deals through to completion, maintaining ownership throughout.
• Build and develop your own network to generate consistent deal flow.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver against targets and conversion metrics.About You
• 1–7 years’ experience in real estate lending or a closely related sector.
• Track record of originating or supporting property finance deals.
