You will participate in providing financial and operational support to the firm.The Trading Technology team is responsible for building trading systems, rapid application development and trading algos.Python Trading Engineers MUST have: • Capable of learning quickly, with the desire to investigate and resolve issues • Ability to understand complex systems quickly • Take a proactive approach to improving processes • Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and prioritising project work • Experience working within finance, preference for buy-side or sell-side trading firms • Strong programming skills, with the ability to do complex debugging, design work, and problem solving • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of Python • Experience working in a Linux environment • 2:1 STEM Degree from a RedbrickThe environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions.
