The company is a hedge fund building a modern medallion architecture data platform for financial and market data.

Задачи

• Design and build data platform components using Python;
• Develop and optimise ETL pipelines, Data Lakes / Lakehouses and distributed systems;
• Improve infrastructure, observability and CI/CD practices;
• Maintain and evolve existing systems, including microservices, ETL and Excel add-ins;
• Support platform operations to ensure reliability and performance.

Требования

• Strong backend development experience with Python;
• Experience working with financial or market data;
• Experience designing and operating data-intensive and distributed systems;
• Strong knowledge of relational, NoSQL and columnar databases;
• Willingness to take ownership and work across the full development lifecycle;
• Collaborative and pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management skills;
• A 2.1 or above in a STEM discipline, likely with MSc-level study.
