Project Manager | London 🏗️

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Irish construction company delivering major residential projects in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with strong experience in high-density residential construction, looking to take on a key role within a growing and reputable contractor.

The Role:

• Manage projects from commencement through to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards
• Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Liaise closely with clients and key stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day project operations
• Monitor progress, reporting and project milestones
• Drive strong commercial and operational performance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong Project Management experience within construction
• Proven track record delivering major residential projects
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-control experience
• Excellent understanding of construction planning and contractual requirements
• Proven experience managing project teams and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency with relevant project management software
