Projects are typically £5m–£30m across:

Super-prime residential

Listed / heritage buildings

Heavy refurbishment / cut & carve

Structural alterations

Complex existing buildings

High-end finishes

Not just chair the meeting, update the programme and hope everyone else has it covered.

You’ll be taking ownership of programme, design, procurement, quality, commercial awareness, site delivery and the project team around you

high-end residential | heritage / listed buildings

You’ll need to be sharp, organised, technically strong and comfortable with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Most importantly, you’ll need to enjoy taking responsibility for a difficult job and getting it over the line properly.
