Programming experience is essential for this role. -------------------------------------------------------- What You'll Be Doing : Programming and operating CNC milling machines Produce first-off components to engineering drawing specifications Modify and improve existing programmes to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency Maintain programme documentation and backups Select appropriate tooling and fixtures Manufacture one-off and batch components to tight tolerances Carry out tool changes, offsets and machine adjustments ------------------------------------------------------- Essential Experience Needed: Proven experience as a CNC Miller CAD/CAM Programming experience Experience setting and operating CNC milling machines Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Desirable Experience: Experience with Hurco, Haas, Mazak or Fanuc controls.
