Are you a Process Engineer from a manufacturing background, looking to join a specialist, well-established engineering business offering structured training and clear long-term progression?

On offer is a key role where you'll help drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across a modern production environment, supporting both ongoing manufacturing and the introduction of new products and process changes. You'll have strong visibility across the operation and the opportunity to influence how the site performs as the company continues to expand.

This company has been established for over 50 years and is continuing to grow internationally. They're known for investing in people, developing technical capability and maintaining a collaborative culture with excellent staff retention.

The Role

• Optimise and improve manufacturing processes across the production facility.
• Support continuous improvement activity to enhance quality, efficiency and repeatability.
• Assist with introducing new products and process changes into production.
• Help implement improvements to documentation such as SOPs, work instructions and routings.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams to solve day-to-day process issues.

The Person

• Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Production Engineer (or similar).
• Manufacturing background (hands-on / shopfloor-facing).
• Degree qualified (Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial) or time-served equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; proactive improvement mindset.
• Looking for a long-term, permanent role with development and progression.
