Principal/Associate Structural Engineer sought a leading and innovative, Large Multidisciplinary Consultancy. This role is based in Manchester.

They are looking for Principal/Associate Structural Engineer to play a leading role in their pro-active and collaborative team in Manchester. Responsibilities
- Lead the design of structural engineering solutions for high-profile construction projects across various sectors.
- Manage and develop client relationships locally and across the UK.
- Collaborate with global structural teams to deliver international projects.
- Drive business development and contribute to expanding the consultancy’s structural services.
- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the local structural engineering team.
- Take on regional disciplinary responsibilities within the structural group.
- Promote sustainability and energy efficiency in all design work.
Requirements
- Chartered status in civil/structural engineering (CEng or equivalent).
- Degree in structural or civil engineering.
- Extensive backgroundin structural design within a multi-disciplinary consultancy.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and software tools such as Tekla and Tedds.
- Desirable: familiarity with computational design and visual programming tools (e.g., Grasshopper).
- Proven track record of working on medium to large-scale projects.
- Backgrounddesigning with a variety of structural materials and forms.
- Strong leadership skills and background managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
