Your New RoleAs a Pre-construction Surveyor, you will play a key role in the early stages of project development, supporting the commercial and technical teams with accurate cost planning and feasibility assessments. Drawing on your Quantity Surveying background, you’ll be responsible for:Preparing detailed cost estimates for new build social housing schemesSupporting land acquisition and bid submissions with robust financial analysisLiaising with design, planning, and commercial teams to ensure cost-effective solutionsIdentifying risks and opportunities during pre-construction phasesContributing to value engineering and procurement strategiesThis is a strategic role that will influence the success of future developments and help shape the company’s pipeline of work.3.
