Picker Packer - Burton upon Trent At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Picker Packer to work with a leading bookseller in Burton upon Trent. This role involves essential warehouse duties to support the daily operations of a busy distribution site. Shift patterns: Working any 5 days out of 7, including Sundays. Shifts include 06:00-14:00, 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:00-20:00, or 14:00-22:00. Pay rates: 13.14 GBP hourly Essential requirements for Picker Packer: Must be over 18 years old. Must be able to travel to and from the site for late-night finishes. Must be available to work every Sunday as part of the regular schedule. Must be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting and standing for most of the shift. Must live within a 15-mile radius of the site. Full time hours only. Desirable requirements for Picker Packer: Previous warehouse experience. Role for Picker Packer: Picking and packing books and managing stock. Reporting any damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties. Working to standard operating procedures in line with company policy. Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness.
