The Oracle Programme Manager will lead the successful execution of complex Oracle projects, ensuring seamless integration with business strategy, robust governance, and tangible value delivery.The role involves managing full programme lifecycles, building trusted client relationships, guiding cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of Oracle-enabled transformation services. The position also offers the chance to contribute to internal capability development, mentor junior team members, and support the growth of AI-driven advisory solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver enterprise-level Oracle transformation programmes across various industries.Define and manage project scope, budget, risk, benefits realisation, and timelines using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods.Engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation agendas enabled by Oracle Cloud ERP and related technologies.Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client service.Provide leadership, coaching, and development to project teams, including junior colleagues.Contribute to practice growth by supporting bids, developing commercial propositions, and driving go-to-market activities.Maintain a deep understanding of Oracle and cloud ERP trends to ensure cutting-edge delivery solutions.Drive best practice in project reporting, governance, and delivery assurance.Support the development and management of project delivery tools, templates, and accelerators.Actively contribute to the people agenda through mentoring, talent development, and inclusion initiatives.Key Skills and ExperienceProven track record of delivering complex, high-value Oracle transformation programmes (multi-million-pound budgets).Strong consulting skills and the ability to engage with senior-level executives in complex business environments.Deep knowledge of programme and project management tools, techniques, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).Clear understanding of the strategic drivers behind ERP-enabled business transformation.Demonstrated ability to manage commercial aspects of large programmes, including financial oversight and proposal development.Recognised industry certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, or equivalent.Strong leadership qualities, with experience managing diverse, cross-border delivery teams (onshore and offshore).A collaborative and ethical approach to leadership, with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing teams.Reference: AMC/RHU/OPM#ryhuApply for this vacancyYour CV will be sent to the selected department.
