Senior Machine Learning Scientist - REMOTE

The Role

You will develop and deploy advanced NLP and GenAI solutions across the full ML lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and improve models for information extraction, retrieval, re-ranking, and sentiment analysis.
• Fine-tune language models and optimise LLM performance.
• Design and evaluate experiments to improve product outcomes.
• Develop production-ready machine learning solutions.
• Work with agentic AI systems and modern NLP architectures.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning language models and working with LLMs.
• Knowledge of GenAI and agentic AI patterns.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Understanding of model deployment and productionisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical approach to solving real-world business problems.
