Are you passionate about helping young people succeed?

As a Learning Instructor, you'll play a key role in motivating, supporting, and empowering students to achieve their full potential. You'll work closely with students, teachers, and pastoral teams to create an engaging learning environment where every student feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping students build confidence, develop essential life skills, overcome challenges, and achieve both academically and personally. Supporting students with their learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Assisting with classroom activities and supporting the delivery of lessons.

Supporting the wellbeing and personal development of students.

QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYTS, NVQ, Cache or equivalent
Previous experience working in a UK school
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training for this can be provided)To Be Eligible, You Must

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional, child-related referencesOther
