Learning and Development AdvisorHR | Group - wide roleWe're looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support the design, delivery and coordination of high-quality learning across the Group. Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you'll help create practical learning solutions that build capability, support business priorities and improve the learner experience.This is a varied role with a mix of training design, delivery and operational support, including involvement in management development, business-wide learning initiatives, compliance activity, apprenticeship and early careers support, and day-to-day L&D coordination.What you'll doSupport the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of Group-wide Learning & Development activityDesign, deliver and evaluate learning sessions, including workshops, management development, inductions and mandatory trainingWork with stakeholders and subject matter experts to shape blended learning solutions that are practical and engagingSupport apprenticeship and early careers activity, including learner coordination, stakeholder updates and provider liaison where requiredProvide flexible support for site-based, operational and business-wide learning delivery where requiredManage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records and reportingCoordinate learning events, bookings, materials and attendancePromote learning opportunities and drive engagement across the organisationSupport relationships with external training providersWhat we're looking forExperience delivering training and developing learning content or materialsExperience using a Learning Management SystemConfidence working with stakeholders across different business areas and adapting learning to suit the audienceAbility to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of operational environments and how learning supports day-to-day business needs (desirable)Hands-on experience delivering or coordinating apprenticeships, early careers programmes or funded learning pathways, including an understanding of how apprenticeship funding and levy processes work, would be desirableStrong communication, organisation and attention to detailWhat we offerCompetitive salary31 days holiday, increasing with service, plus an additional paid day for your birthday!Hybrid roleComprehensive health & well-being benefits including, heavily discounted gym memberships, employee assistance programme and free access to mental health first aidersHeavily discounted employee purchase scheme on all productsGroup Perks and freebies on days out, cinema, theatre, eating in and out, mobiles phones, food shopping and most major high street retailersExposure across the business at a group-wide levelSupportive HR and L&D team environmentandOur Company is committed to monitoring & aligning its Policies with up-to-date Government guidance on reducing the spread of respiratory infections in the workplace.
