Nursery Manager – GuildfordAre you a confident and experienced Nursery Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a successful early years setting in Guildford ?Winner Education are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to oversee a well-established nursery in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding childcare and early years education while supportingand developing a high-performing team.You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, and safeguarding are maintained. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire staff, build positive relationships with families, and drive continuous improvement throughout the setting.Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nursery practitioners and support staffEnsure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirementsOversee the daily operations of the nursery, maintaining a safe and engaging environmentMonitor occupancy levels and support the growth and success of the settingBuild strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider communitySupport staff training, development, and performance managementPromote high-quality teaching, learning, and care across the nurseryRequirements: Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery ManagerStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsA proactive and commercially aware approachExcellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirementsPassion for early years education and child developmentWhy Winner Education?
