Early shift: 07:00 - 15:00
Late shift: 10:30 - 17:30

As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the very best experience for our customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

  • You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
  • Most roles are part-time working across a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends. Your hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
