* 3+ years commercial development experience in C++ and JavaScript within either Windows or Unix environments
* A proven track record of developing robust products
* Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality software solutions in line with business needs and timescales
* Ability to write maintainable, testable, high performing software
* Understanding of software best practices, design principles & patterns
* Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase
