I'm working with an elite Trading Firm in London hiring a strong Java Software Engineer to join their engineering team.

What you'll be working on:

• Developing core systems that support trading and research
• Owning features end-to-end, from design to deployment
• Collaborating with traders, quants, and engineers
• Improving performance, reliability, and code quality

What they're looking for:

• Solid grasp of distributed systems and software design
• Experience in concurrency, multithreading, low latency, etc.
• Sharp problem-solver who takes ownership
• Strong academic background a plus
