The Company
A successful manufacture of precision engineered components are looking for an experienced CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter to join their team. The company produce batch work parts for the Aerospace, Oil & Gas industries.
Role -
The company are looking for an experienced CNC Turner to program, set their CNC Lathes via Fanuc controls
Duties -
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings with precision.
- Program and set CNC multi-axis Fanuc lathes efficiently and accurately.
- Consistently produce high-quality components to exact specifications.
- Use CAD software (experience preferred but not essential).
- Follow verbal instructions and route cards to ensure smooth workflow.
- Continuously evaluate and improve current working processes and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality
Requirements -
Strong communicator both verbal and written.
- Industrious and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Takes ownership of work with a high level of accountability.
- Professional, polite, and well-mannered.
