Flagship £100m project

Our client is a well-established architectural practice with offices across the UK and a team of over 50 professionals. Renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable design solutions, they work on projects ranging from £100,000 to £100 million across a diverse range of sectors.

Their portfolio includes:

  • New Build Residential Developments
  • Refurbishment & Retrofit Projects
  • Commercial & Industrial Buildings
  • Schools & Higher Education Facilities
  • Community & Leisure Developments

With a strong reputation for technical excellence, innovation and collaborative working, they continue to play a key role in shaping successful projects throughout the UK.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading architectural practice supporting the delivery of a landmark £100 million mixed-use, large-scale social housing development through RIBA Stage 4. This community-led regeneration project will deliver more than 400 high-quality homes for social and mid-market rent, alongside a new community hub and enhanced public realm. Designed with a people-first approach, the development aims to create a connected, sustainable and vibrant neighbourhood that strengthens community ties, enhances the local environment and provides a lasting positive impact for residents and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and coordinate technical drawings, specifications and detailed construction packages.
  • Support the technical delivery of a major mixed use development.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal project teams to resolve design and construction queries.
  • Assist with site coordination, technical compliance and construction-stage problem solving.
  • Ensure all project information is accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements and quality standards.

About You

You will be a technically strong and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced project environment.

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist.
  • Proven experience working within RIBA Stages 4.
  • Strong technical detailing and project coordination skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
  • A delivery-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile development while working within a respected architectural practice known for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions.
