Free-Work UK is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer to drive incident resolution, problem management and change delivery in a security-conscious environment. You will own P1-P3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, enhance monitoring and automation, and support release deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.

Strong troubleshooting skills across apps and infrastructure, plus experience with Java, JavaScript, APIs and AWS, are essential.
