Strong technical background in metal cutting tools and practical application knowledge, including CAD/CAM exposure where relevant.? Experience supporting projects and delivering results, with an organised, structured approach to working across a complex matrix environment.? Confident communication skills, including the ability to make clear technical presentations and write in professional English.? Knowledge of digital technologies in metalworking and an interest in continuous improvement, including productivity and LEAN ways of working.?
