This role offers the ability to move towards product management as well as platform ownership or business analysis within a short space of time.The Support Analyst will be involved in:Support clients and processing of support emails.Training and Pre SalesClient ManagementInvestigating and resolving queries where possible this could be data analysis, application issues or database relatedTesting new software functionality developed and assisting the quality assurance process.Account ManagementThis role allows rapid promotion to senior support and implementation roles as well as professional services.I am looking for a client-facing and ambitious analyst with the skills in excel and SQL.
